Dinner allows you to eat two hot dogs without the bun, one cup of broccoli, half a banana and a cup of vanilla ice cream. Total calorie of day 2 count of about 1,350 calories.

Lunch:

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 5 saltine crackers

Dinner:

  • 2 hot dogs (without bun)
